1. Can I order over the phone?
Of course you can. Just call Derrick on 087 2028443 and we can take your order securely.
2. Can I pay in installments?
We understand that there is a cost of living crisis so we have teamed up with the app Klarna that allows you pay in 3 installments with no extra fee's or intertest on your part. Klarna’s Pay in 3 instalments is a credit product that lets you spread the cost of your purchases over 3 equal payments. Klarna will take the payments from your debit or credit card directly so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will take the first payment when you make the purchase. Your product will be sent straight away. The second payment is 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from your purchase date. 3. Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through any one of our secure Payment Processors. We never even see your credit card number or have access to it. They just confirm to us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. They all operate to the very highest levels of security so you can order, safe in the knowledge that your payment is secure. Also being an Irish company, we operate to strict European standards.
1. How long does delivery take and how much is it?
Delivery is with An Post courier service who operate next day delivery in Ireland for orders placed before 2 o'clock. Baghera orders takes 3/4 working days.

2. Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Ideally yes but we are aware that people live busy lives and cannot wait around all day for a delivery. If you are not there when delivery is attempted the package will be left at your local post office for collection and notification left for you. You can then collect it locally at your leisure. Alternatively you can pick a different delivery address, like a work address, and we can deliver there. Please note that the box has a picture of the wagon on the front.
3. Do you deliver to UK and Europe?
We certainly do and all you have to do is pick your country in the checkout and we offer free delivery for orders over €50 in Europe. We use DPD for this service and please allow 3/5 days for most countries. We have a dedicated UK website www.tobywagons.co.uk where you can pay in £ but you can also order here too. We pay UK VAT or Irish VAT so you will not get any extra hidden customs charges.
4. What if my country is not listed?
Please get in touch with us in that case and we will source the best price for delivery to you. We will then let you know the price to allow you to make the decision.
5. I am in America and want to order a wagon for delivery in Ireland?
Please contact us and we arrange this for you.
1. Are the wagons flat packed and are there assembly instructions?
Couriers will only take boxed items so they must be shipped flat packed however assembly is simple enough. We have created an easy to follow video. Just click here. We do have made up wagons that can be collected in Blessington if needed, just get in touch.
2. Can the handle be fitted underneath the wagon to fit in smaller spaces?
It certainly can. You can set the handle to fit under the wagon by following instructions here.

2. Do you sell wholesale?

4. Are you CE Certified?
Our wagons have been fully tested to exacting European standards. We are fully CE Certified as safe for children. We have also passed the European EN071 standard for carrying children.
5. Do you sell canopies for your wagons?
We don't unfortunately. The fabric used for canopies was sent to us for testing and it failed the most basic fire test. We believe these are dangerous and do not sell them.
6. Do you sell seats for your wagons?
We don't have dedicated seats but direct our customers to this website. One of our favourite customers and social media gurus @todburn_tales said "This is the seat that I found to fit inside the wagon! It’s genius! Works perfectly! In case anyone ever asks you! It’s as if it was made to fit!"
